Hello,
My name is Brittany Proctor and this is my Healthy Recipe Blog. This blog is intended to help people a lot like myself who struggle to find healthy recipes that are easy and fast to make. While being a college student, I often find excuses not to cook at home. I’ll say “it takes too long” or “it's too expensive” well this blog is to show everyone it's not hard to do.
On Sundays, I will be posting some meal prep ideas for people who would rather have food already prepared for the week in advanced.
On Mondays and Wednesday, I will post healthy and quick recipes that don't require a lot.
On Fridays, I will post exercise videos that people can do in the comfort of their own homes. it will be called Fitness Fridays.
