So i want to first start off with saying that crockpots are a college student or working adults best friend. it is so easy to make things in the crockpot and you can make a huge serving of it. if you prepare something earlier in the day, by the evening it will be done. This is one of the numerous recipes you can make in the crockpot
I found this healthy delicious recipe on youtube and i'm so glad that i did.
Ingredients
1.5 lbs. boneless skinless raw chicken breasts 1 28 ounce can Red Enchilada Sauce . Add these ingredients at the end: 10 corn tortillas 3 cups grated cheddar cheese (divided) 1 3.8 ounce can black olives (divided)
