A lot of times in the morning I don't have time to prepare breakfast because i'm usuallly in a rush. Overnight Oats are my favorite to make because they are fast and easy to make. They also taste delicious and keep you full for a while.

1cup of Oats
1 cup of Almond Milk
Protien Powder
1 Tablespoon of chia seeds
1 Tablespoon of Honey
Almonds (optional)
