Hey Guys!


A lot of times in the morning I don't have time to prepare breakfast because i'm usuallly in a rush. Overnight Oats are my favorite to make because they are fast and easy to make. They also taste delicious and keep you full for a while.


Below is a video showing how to make them yourself.


Here is my creation:



Below is the ingredients I used for mine.


Ingredients:

  • 1cup of Oats

  • 1 cup of Almond Milk

  • Protien Powder

  • 1 Tablespoon of chia seeds

  • 1 Tablespoon of Honey

  • Almonds (optional)

Calories: 243 calories
